Sitting on the 11th floor, this 941sq ft condo offers some of the best views of the white sand beach below! From your private balcony, you will be able to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine as you take in the beauty of the coastline. Walk inside to a softly decorated living room that features a sleeper sofa and a loveseat, as well as a flat screen TV with satellite. The dining area has a 6 chair table set plus 4 barstools conveniently placed at the counter height bar. When it’s time to whip up something for dinner or even a quick snack, you’ll find everything you need has been thoughtfully provided in the fully stocked kitchen. Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the necessary dishes and accessories you need for preparing wonderful meals will be right at your fingertips! Time for a little rest? In the master suite, you will find a cozy king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a double vanity sink and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with shared access to the guest bathroom that features a tub/shower combo. Resting up for the next day’s adventures will not be a challenge!

If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $35 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
