The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals when you're not enjoying the fantastic restaurant options just downstairs. The primary bedroom provides direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for easy guest use. Kids will love the cozy bunk alcove, offering them their own private hangout space. Additional comforts—including a sofa sleeper, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer—ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD STAYS: Available November–February. Contact us for details.
