The Wharf 705 Description

The Wharf 705 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,255 sq. ft. condo located on the 7th floor, at 4851 Wharf Parkway in Orange Beach, Alabama
Max Occupancy: 8
Bed Sizes: 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa
Parking: 1 reserved spot, then first come first serve public parking
**PLEASE READ-The Beach Restoration Project is set to begin in September. This critical restoration project will restore the damage that our area sustained during Hurricane Nate and Hurricane Sally. This project will not affect properties on Fort Morgan.
When the dredging begins, work will start on West Beach in Gulf Shores and work towards the east into Orange Beach. During dredging, the beach in front of your unit may be closed due to equipment for an unspecified amount of days. Unfortunately, we will not have a specific schedule of when the equipment will move along the beach.
▪️ September – Begin turtle monitoring and nest relocations as necessary
▪️ October – Mobilization of equipment
▪️ November – Start beach restoration east of Little Lagoon Pass
▪️ December – Start beach restoration west of Little Lagoon Pass
▪️ January – Start beach restoration of Gulf State Park
▪️ February – Start beach restoration of Orange Beach
▪️ April – Demobilize equipment

Situated 5 miles from the soft white sand, this vacation rental condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodations for 8. Whether you're seeking natural beauty, live entertainment, or artistic flair, you're sure to find it all when you stay at The Wharf 705!

Up to 8 guests can spend wonderful days exploring all that our island has to offer before returning to this 1,225 square feet condo to relax on the patio that overlooks the intracoastal waterway and marina! Inside, you will find cozy accommodations for resting up after each day. The master bedroom is fitted with a comfortable king bed, floor to ceiling windows that offer access to the patio, and a private bathroom with a tiled shower and air jetted tub. Down the hall, you will find a guest bedroom with two plush queen beds as well as a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have a flat-screen TV and satellite as well!

When it’s time to cook, head to the fully equipped kitchen to make something delicious and feel free to chat over the bar with the rest of your group as they lounge around in the living room. Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig provided. The dining area has a table with 6 chairs and the bar has 3 barstools, providing plenty of space for everyone to gather around and enjoy. In the living room, a flat screen TV with satellite, as well as free Wi-Fi will keep you entertained while you relax inside and a sleeper sofa adds extra space when you are ready to retire for a good night’s rest. Larger party? We also manage The Wharf 701 and 718 a few doors down.

Whether you’re looking to relax or seek adventure on your vacation, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like!

The amenities located inside the Wharf Entertainment district are nearly endless! Lounge around at The Oasis, soak in the hot tub, or dine at the variety of restaurants after you finish walking through all the shops featured on Main Street. Check out the Marina, movies at the theatre, amphitheater concerts, fun games like laser tag, ride the Ferris wheel and enjoy the nightly light and sound show! Everyone is sure to find something they enjoy with all The Wharf has to offer.

Outside of the Resort, only a few minutes separate you from the beautiful sandy beaches of Orange Beach. Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. Just a quick trip down Canal Rd will take you to Gulf Shores, as well. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach in either city.

You are literally minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it’s sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, or trying your hand at glass blowing or pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center!

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement Must Be Signed to Receive Check-In Information

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: One (1) reserved parking spot in the parking garage. Additional vehicles can park anywhere else on property on a first come first serve basis. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

* ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING

* CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible.

* CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged for an additional day.
