*****THE PROPERTY***** 

Let this pristine, newly remodeled 3-bedroom + bonus bunk room, 3-bath vacation rental condo jumpstart your Orange Beach retreat! Have the escape of a lifetime when you stay in this beautiful condo, ideally located at The Wharf. Featuring stunning intracoastal waterway views and a prime location mere steps from a variety of restaurants and entertainment, this condo leaves nothing to be desired!

When you arrive here for your stay, you’ll see that this 2176 square feet condo has been freshly updated with wonderful décor and charming accessories for a luxurious experience on the Gulf Coast! With new flooring and paint throughout, a complete overhaul of the living areas, as well as beautiful artwork thoughtfully selected to complete the airy atmosphere - you will fall in love with this dreamy home away from home. Upon entering, the first guest bedroom suite will be on the left of the hall and features a plush queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, complete with a built-in seat. Across the hall, you will find the second full sized bathroom with a jetted tub and shower combo, as well as a bunk room perfect for children with a twin bunk bed. The second guest bedroom is also located on this side, with a cozy queen bed.

When you reach the living area, you will find the open floor plan provides optimal space for entertaining and lounging. A fully stocked kitchen featuring granite counter tops has everything your group’s chef might desire. Love coffee? Keurig provided. The counter height bar has 4 barstools and the dining area to the side of the kitchen has a large table that can comfortably seat 7. In the living room, there is a large sectional. Sliding doors in both the living room and dining room will bring you to the large balcony overlooking the marina, with an outdoor dining set and gas BBQ grill. To the side of the living room is the master bedroom suite, with a king bed and access to another balcony with an additional 4 seat dining set. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower, air jetted bathtub and double sink vanity. All bedrooms feature flat screen TV’s with cable and free wi-fi. There is a stacked washer and dryer located in the unit as well. Larger party? We also manage The Wharf 705 a few doors down. It sleeps 8. If you rent both units, you will have sleeping accommodations for 18.

Whether you’re looking to relax or seek adventure on your vacation, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like! The amenities located inside the Wharf Entertainment district are nearly endless! Lounge around at The Oasis, soak in the hot tub, or dine at the variety of restaurants after you finish walking through all the shops featured on Main Street. Check out the Marina, movies at the theatre, amphitheater concerts, fun games like laser tag, ride the Ferris wheel and enjoy the nightly light and sound show! For more adventure, try ziplining and enjoy the beautiful view! Everyone is sure to find something they enjoy with all The Wharf has to offer.

Outside of the Resort, only a few minutes separate you from the beautiful sandy beaches of Orange Beach. Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. Just a quick trip down Canal Rd will take you to Gulf Shores, as well. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach in either city. You are literally minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it’s sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, or trying your hand at glass blowing or pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center!

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement Must Be Signed to Receive Check-In Information

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: When you arrive to The Wharf, access the parking garage located behind the East row of shops along Wharf Pkwy (Green Turtle Parking Lot next to Island Time Daiquiri Bar). Drive up the ramp inside the parking garage all the way to level 3. The gate code for this level is will be in check in instructions. Please park in the parking space assigned for unit 701. Use the same code to access the condos via the catwalk. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay if parking on level 3 of the parking garage. Additional vehicles can park anywhere else on property (not on level 3) without a parking pass on a first come first serve basis. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
