Regardless of what your traveling group is like, this Orange Beach gem is perfect for your next vacation and easily accommodates up to 8 guests. Relax in the warm rays of the sun by the shore, lounge around by the indoor and outdoor pools, or hang out inside while you socialize. Whatever you prefer to do during your stay – Phoenix IX #1408 is sure to provide!

This Gorgeous East corner unit will make it easy to feel right at home in 2,375 square feet of professionally decorated space. With floor to ceiling windows that wrap around the unit, there will be no need to flip a coin for the best room of the house – every room has the best view!

The Master suite provides a luxurious king bed for you to snuggle in to as you rest up after each day’s adventures on the beach or around town. The en-suite master bathroom has a large jetted tub and oversized walk-in shower, as well as a generously sized double sink vanity. The first guest suite has a cozy queen bed and adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combo, while the second guest suite has two double beds and a private bathroom with another tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have a flat-screen TV and walk in closets. Additionally, a half bath and full sized washer and dryer located in the unit provide extra convenience!

The spacious open layout will allow your group cook to stay included in conversation while preparing the feast of the day in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an abundance of cabinet space. As you lounge around the living room enjoying your favorite shows on the flat screen TV or browsing with the free Wi-Fi located throughout the unit, feel free to pour or mix up a quick drink from the wet bar to enjoy as well! The dining area provides a 6-chair dining table (that can comfortably seat up to 8) and the counter height bar has 6 barstools for extra dining space. Looking to wine and dine outside? Venture out on to the private balcony and enjoy a yummy dinner at the 8-seat outdoor table and carry your drinks with you to the loungers overlooking the beautiful Gulf waters. Access to the balcony is available from every bedroom suite and the living room!

When you’re not busy building sandcastle or tanning on the beach, you can enjoy the fabulous amenities offered by Phoenix IX, including an indoor pool and indoor hot tubs that overlook Ole River and St Johns Bay! If you’re interested in something more active, play a game of tennis on the indoor/climate controlled tennis court or workout in the exercise facility, both with beautiful views, before you slip in to the sauna!

Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.
 
You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it’s sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement Must Be Signed to Receive Check-In Information

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING RESTRICTION: Parking at this property is limited to two (2) vehicles (NO EXCEPTIONS). Parking Passes are required and not included in your rental. You must purchase your Parking Passes at the Service Desk upon arrival; they are a one-time fee of $50 (tax included) per vehicle for the duration of your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have hairdryers; cleaning products; or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a starter set of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
