Overlooking the sparkling Gulf of Mexico and just steps from miles of sugar-white sand, this exceptional retreat delivers panoramic views and unmatched comfort.

This spectacular corner unit features wraparound floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing every room—including all three bedrooms—to showcase breathtaking Gulf views. Each bedroom is en-suite and offers private balcony access, ensuring every guest enjoys a peaceful retreat and their own incredible vantage point. Balcony access is also available from the living room, making it easy to enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails overlooking the emerald waters.

The spacious open layout creates the perfect gathering space. The fully stocked kitchen allows the chef in your group to stay connected while preparing meals, and the large living area is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, a half-bathroom, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Located just 0.3 miles from the Flora-Bama, this condo places you within easy walking distance of restaurants, entertainment, liquor stores, and exciting water sports.

Guests of Phoenix IX enjoy premier resort-style amenities including a beachside outdoor pool, kiddie pool, heated indoor pool, indoor tennis court, fitness center, hot tub, grilling area, covered parking, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the beach.

- Primary Bedroom: King bed + private bathroom access + private balcony access
- Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed + private bathroom access + private balcony access
- Guest Bedroom 2: Two full beds + private bathroom access + private balcony access
- Living Room: Full sleeper sofa

***ADDITIONAL DETAILS***

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
