*****THE PROPERTY***** 

Getting fully settled in won’t be a problem in this home away from home with 1344 square feet of cozy living space, featuring tropical décor and comfortable furnishings that will ensure a peaceful stay. The condo has a master bedroom suite with a king bed and 2 guest bedrooms. One guest bedroom features a full bed and a twin bed. The second guest bedroom provides a cozy queen bed. Additionally, a sleeper sofa in the living room allows for extra sleeping space so that everyone can fully recharge after each day of adventure. The master bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and plenty of cabinet space. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is accessible from the hall or the guest bedroom.

Lounge in the living room as you enjoy the central air-conditioning and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or browse the web using the free Wi-Fi. The fully stocked kitchen, with beautiful granite countertops, provides everything you need to whip up delicious home cooked meals and snacks, making food preparation a breeze! Gather your friends and family for dinner around the dining room table which accommodates 6, with 4 chairs and a bench. Right next to the table is the bar with 3 barstools for additional dining space. For added convenience, there is a washer and dryer located in the unit so that you do not have to worry about any extra cost for laundry.

To enjoy the best of both worlds, take a trip down to the outside pool facing the beach which allows you to enjoy the views of the gulf while floating effortlessly without waves! Want to take a swim in the waves? Take a quick stroll down the private boardwalk to the beach and then rinse the extra sand off on your way back inside with the convenience of an outdoor shower. You can also put your grilling skills to good use in the communal BBQ area as you enjoy the fresh breeze and sounds of the coastline. Finally, end each evening by relaxing on the private balcony as you watch the sunset over the water and think about what’s in store for the next day!

Whether you’re looking to relax or seek adventure on your vacation, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like! Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.
 
You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it’s sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING RESTRICTION: Parking at this property is limited to 1 vehicle in the gated parking lot (one remote provided). Additional parking available outside gated lot. 

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have hairdryers; cleaning products; or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a starter set of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
