Nestled across the street from the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, this condo is ideally located right in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Cozy accommodations make this a perfect choice for couples. Only a short walk to the beach, nearby shopping venues, and a variety of dining locations, staying here will provide the perfect opportunity for a dreamy getaway!

You'll find the 286 square feet of this unit's bright interior to be impeccably decorated, featuring a soft color palette reminiscent of beachy breezes. This condo offers a comfortable queen bed and futon, for sleeping up to 3 guests. The full bathroom features a walk-in shower and additional storage space under the sink. When you are not eating out, enjoy cooking your own meal in the kitchenette which provides you with a compact fridge/freezer combo, microwave, a Keurig and a Drip style coffee maker, and a portable one burner cooktop. A counter high bar and 4 barstools provides space for eating. Flip on the flat-screen TV and watch your favorite shows or use the free Wi-Fi to surf the net and plan the next day's adventures. A coin laundry is conveniently located on the 2nd floor. Everything you need to create unforgettable memories starts here!

Whether you are looking for an adventurous or relaxing vacation, location is everything and our location lets you pick your own adventure. You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it’s sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just minutes away from the Wharf and the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex. Other features around the property include "The Hangout" home to the famous "Hangout Music Festival" where you get to listen to your favorite bands with your toes in the sand. We hope you consider staying with us where you enjoy the benefits of an inclusive travel destination with the modern conveniences of home.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 18 years or older with renter 18 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 18 years old.

* PARKING & PARKING PASS: MAXIMUM of 1 vehicle per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. Compact car parking only under building. All others must park in the uncovered overflow North Beachview Condominium parking lot off 1st street. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have hairdryers; cleaning products; or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

* CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible.

* CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged for an additional day.
