Newly built and updated throughout with new décor and modern fixtures, this sweet escape will prove to be exactly what you have been looking for! Across from the beach and on the edge of town, staying here will allow you to spend your days doing whatever you enjoy such as swimming, shopping, checking out local eateries or just relaxing.

This delightful, two-story home can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 9 guests within the 1500 square feet of beautifully appointed living space, making it an optimal size and layout for families and guests. Prepare a freshly cooked meal in the well-stocked kitchen showcasing stainless steel appliances and beautiful quartz counter tops. Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. There is also a counter high bar with 3 barstools and a table for 6 to enjoy your take-out or a home cooked meal. This home offers a balcony overlooking the largest lake in the community offering a peaceful relaxing feel. The living room offers a comfy sofa, which provides additional sleeping on the pullout bed tucked inside. There is a full bathroom with walk-in shower next to the living area for guests using the pull-out. During downtime, watch your favorite shows on one of the flat screen TVs or connect with your friends back home via free Wi-Fi. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. This home provides you with all the essentials you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. Optimal size and layout for your family.
 
All three beautiful bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom is located across from the two guest rooms and offers an attached bathroom, that features a beautiful walk-in shower. There are two additional bedrooms side by side, each with their own full-sized bathrooms making getting ready for the day's adventures a breeze.  The first guest room has a comfy queen bed.  The second guest bedroom has a Twin over Queen bunk bed. All three beautiful bedrooms have private, en suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom is located across from the two guest rooms and has a beautiful walk-in shower in the bathroom. All bedrooms offer flat screen TVs for entertainment purposes. There is a large, covered entertainment area under the home so you can enjoy the outdoors at all times. What a great spot for a cookout, corn hole games and entertaining! Beach access is located ¼ mile at Romar Beach Public Access. This home is walking distance to Live Bait, Beachside mini golf, The Ruby Slipper, and Docs Seafood!  The pool is a short walk just down the street, you can see the pool from the front porch.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING RESTRICTION: There are 3 Designated Spots, multiple Guest Spots Nearby. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
