Experience the excitement of Gulf Shores at this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation condo! With accommodations for 8 guests, this unit is an ideal spot for a small family or a group of friends. Venture around Alabama’s balmy coast offering exquisite dining and shopping- not to mention some of the country's most enticing waterways!
 
Inside the 1,256 square feet of this unit, you’ll find a newly remodeled condo with coastal décor and an atmosphere reminiscent of the fresh breezes on the beach! The master room located beachside with balcony access, is equipped with a comfy king bed for resting up after days full of shopping, dining, and sunbathing. The full-sized bathroom is attached to the master bedroom for plenty of privacy! Both guest bedrooms offer comfy queen size beds. There is a spacious bathroom for guests to share in the hallway close to the guest bedrooms.

Next, you will find a fully stocked kitchen that is perfectly suited for cooking up delicious snacks and meals. For the coffee lovers, Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. The dining area offers plenty of seating with a dining table for 6, along with 4 counter height bar stools. The living room has a sleeper sofa, adding additional sleeping space as well as a cozy space to sit and enjoy the TV and free Wi-Fi. Finally, head out on to the private balcony to enjoy the serene views of the Gulf of New Mexico as you reflect on the memories created over the day or plan for the day ahead!

Whether you are looking for an adventurous or relaxing vacation, location is everything and our location lets you pick your own adventure! You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it’s sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, shopping at numerous boutiques and souvenir stores, and only minutes away from the Wharf, the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex and Tanger Outlet Mall. Other features of Gulf Shores include "The Hangout" home to the famous "Hangout Music Festival" where you get to listen to your favorite bands with your toes in the sand. Local eateries are so abundant that it will be a challenge to visit each one during a single vacation! We hope you consider staying with us where you enjoy the benefits of an inclusive travel destination with the modern conveniences of home.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $45 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

* ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING

* CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible.

* CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged for an additional day.
