*****THE PROPERTY***** 

Dive headfirst into a relaxing retreat at this 1-bedroom, 2-bath Orange Beach condo! With family-friendly amenities and a balcony with partial Gulf view, you won't find a better home base for your group getaway. This vacation rental is equipped with everything you need for days of oceanfront bliss. The biggest highlight is the unbeatable location, just steps from the beach and only minutes away from top attractions!

When you step inside this coastal 780 sq ft condo, you’ll find all the comforts of home have been provided for you, including flatscreen TV’s, satellite and free Wi-Fi throughout! The living room provides the perfect place for you to relax and chat before heading out to enjoy some sand and surf. An armchair and a sleeper sofa provide plenty of seating as well as additional sleeping space. From there, feel free to step out on to the private balcony and enjoy the warm breeze with a beautiful partial view of the gulf waters and beach below! You’ll also find the kitchen fully equipped with all of the necessary trimmings for cooking delicious meals, including a counter height bar with 4 barstools for dining or chatting with the cook! Granite countertops and all necessary appliances make it easy to enjoy cooking with modern amenities. Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. Off to the side, the dining area has a table with 2 barstools as well, for a total of 6 to dine. When it’s time to retire to bed for the evening after a long day of coastal fun, head to the master suite to find comfortable accommodation that will recharge you for the next day. In the master room there is a plush king bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The hallway features a twin over twin junior bunk bed and the living room a full-size sleeper sofa. The condo also has a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

When you are ready to enjoy the amenities, you will have access to a heated indoor pool (heating the pool in late November and it stays heated until April) with a swim through feature to the heated outdoor pool! A BBQ area also provides the perfect space for putting your grill skills to good use!

Whether you are looking to relax or seek adventure on your vacation, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like! Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it’s sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $35 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

* CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible.

* CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged for an additional day.
