Enter this coastal condo and be greeted by the comforts of home and rays of sunshine through the sliding door that leads to your private patio. With a charming, open concept kitchen and living area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen to cook up yummy meals as well as a dining area that seats 4. The living room has a flat screen TV with satellite to help you unwind and relax when you are not enjoying the sand and surf of the beach.

When it’s time to settle in for the night, the kids can retire to the second bedroom / bunk room that has a twin trundle bed, a full over full bunk bed with colorful bedding and a flatscreen TV. Parents can retire to the master bedroom featuring a cozy king bed as well as another TV to enjoy your favorite shows on. The private master bathroom features a tub/shower combo, while the guest bathroom has a stand-up shower. For your convenience, we have an air mattress.

Benefits of the Las Palmas complex include two pools that are exclusively for guests staying at the complex as well as close proximity to the beach and numerous shopping and dining locations. Public beach access points are less than a mile away, about a 2 minute drive. There’s a coin laundry located in the building, but this condo features a combined washer/dryer to save you time and money! You won’t regret staying in Las Palmas 220!

Whether you are looking for an adventurous or relaxing vacation, location is everything and our location lets you pick your own adventure! You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it’s sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, shopping at numerous boutiques and souvenir stores, and only minutes away from the Wharf, the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex and Tanger Outlet Mall. Other features of Gulf Shores include "The Hangout" home to the famous "Hangout Music Festival" where you get to listen to your favorite bands with your toes in the sand. Local eateries are so abundant that it will be a challenge to visit each one during a single vacation! We hope you consider staying with us where you enjoy the benefits of an inclusive travel destination with the modern conveniences of home.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING RESTRICTION: Parking at this property is limited to 2 vehicles (no exceptions). Parking spots are labeled and located directly under the unit.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have hairdryers; cleaning products; or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a starter set of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
