Offering wonderful amenities and perfectly situated within proximity of the area’s best dining and shopping locations, as well as endless options for adventure – you’ll be able to truly enjoy the best of beach living!

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit features 1,542 square feet of living space for up to 8 guests to enjoy! In the master bedroom suite, a king bed provides the perfect place for resting up after a long day of fun in the sun. The adjoining bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed with a twin trundle, while the second guest bedroom has another cozy queen bed. The guest bathroom by the guest rooms is equipped with tub/shower combo. 

When you reach the living areas, you’ll find a soft color palette that provides the perfect coastal atmosphere. A sectional in the living room provides plenty of space to relax on, as well as a sofa bed. All bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TV’s, satellite, and of course free Wi-Fi! The dining area has a table that comfortably seats 6 to 7 with 4 chairs and a long bench on one side. Additionally, the counter height bar has 4 barstools for extra dining seats. In the kitchen, all appliances and dishes are provided for you to whip up yummy dinners while you chat across the bar with the rest of the group thanks to the open floor plan!

The on-site amenities are sure to keep you entertained, and the ideal location makes it easy to immerse yourself in serenity! Indoors, you’ll find an oversized heated pool, a whirlpool spa and a fully equipped fitness center. Access to two relaxing saunas is also part of the deal! Stepping outside, you can enjoy any of the four outdoor pools, including a zero edge and infinity pool and the kids can enjoy the children’s wading pool. There will be no shortage of fun activities to fill your day!

Whether you’re looking to relax or seek adventure on your vacation, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like! Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it’s sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* MINIMUM STAY: 3-night minimum stay

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING RESTRICTION: Parking at this property is limited to 2 vehicles (no exceptions). One (1) parking pass (reserved covered parking space) is include in your rental. You must purchase the additional parking pass by notifying us prior to your arrival, they are a one-time fee of $40 (plus tax) for the duration of your stay. Price is subject to change. 

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have hairdryers; cleaning products; or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a starter set of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
