This 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit features 1,542 square feet of living space for up to 8 guests to enjoy! In the master bedroom suite, a king bed provides the perfect place for resting up after a long day of fun in the sun. The adjoining bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a plush king bed, while the second guest bedroom has another cozy queen bed. The guest bathroom by the guest rooms is equipped with tub/shower combo.
When you reach the living areas, you’ll find a soft color palette that provides the perfect coastal atmosphere. A sectional in the living room provides plenty of space to relax on, as well as a sofa bed. All bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TV’s, satellite, and of course free Wi-Fi! The dining area has a table that comfortably seats 6 to 7 with 4 chairs and a long bench on one side. Additionally, the counter height bar has 4 barstools for extra dining seats. One (1) free parking pass (reserved parking spot for unit 802W) is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it. The cost is approximately $50 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass(es) are issued at the guard shack upon arrival. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
