With a desirable location that’s just far enough from the beach to spare you from all the commotion, hustle and bustle but still close enough to allow you to make it to Perdido Beach Blvd and all of its shops, boutiques, and public water access points within a few minutes – you will be glad you stayed here!

A large, private balcony with loungers offers up the perfect space for starting your mornings with a warm coffee or ending your days with a little bubbly. Looking out from your balcony, you will see beautiful views of the bay and marina below, Perdido pass, and the emerald Gulf waters beyond. You might even see a few dolphins playing in the distance!

Walk in through the sliding doors in between floor to ceiling windows and sit in the living room to watch a little TV on the flat screen or socialize with your travel companions. Two full size sleeper sofas in the living room conveniently provides additional options for where your guests want to retire for the night. When it is time for dinner, gather around the 8-chair table set for a fresh cooked meal or some takeout and help yourself to a fresh mixed drink from the wet bar. A raised, bar high counter in the kitchen has 3 barstools and offers up an ideal place to snack or dine or to sit and chat with the group’s chef as they whip up something delicious! Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker provided. The kitchen is also fully equipped with all the necessary gadgets and dishes you’ll need for cooking whatever you desire!

Further in, three bedrooms offer plenty of space for you to recharge and prepare yourself for each new day full of coastal adventures. The master suite features a plush king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, jetted tub and double sink vanity. The first guest suite features a comfy queen bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Another guest suite provides an additional, cozy queen bed, and another en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Each room is also equipped with a flat screen tv, satellite and access to the free Wi-Fi located throughout the unit to keep you entertained as you get settled in to bed.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold on property at the front desk and must be purchased upon arrival. The cost is approximately $55 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
