*Phoenix I Potable Water Outage*
The Potable Water to Phoenix I will be turned off for service on Wed Dec 8, 2021 at 10AM CST. We expect this to last approximately 2-3 hours. Once complete and tested, potable water will be turned back on to the building.


*****THE PROPERTY***** 

Situated on the 6th floor, this 3-bedroom condo provides breathtaking views of the Gulf water and sugar sands below. On the furnished balcony, you can enjoy morning coffee or some evening wine while you admire beautiful views of the southern sun.

Inside, you’ll find the condo to be cozy and appropriately accentuated with coastal décor and accessories. The living room has a large flat screen TV with satellite to enjoy during your downtime and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen provides everything you need for cooking up yummy meals to share and the dining area has plenty of seating with a six-chair table set and 4 barstools at the bar.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath and a private balcony on the north side of the building. The second bedroom has another king bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Each room has a flat screen TV with satellite. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos.

On top of all the comforts found in the unit, you’ll have access to the fun amenities of the Phoenix I complex. An outdoor pool, kiddie pool with mushroom feature, heated indoor pool, hot tubs, and a sauna offer multiple options if you’re wanting to enjoy some water off the sand. If you’re interested in something more active, then you will love the fitness center and the lighted tennis court!

Whether you’re looking to relax or seek adventure on your vacation, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like! Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it’s sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING RESTRICTION: Parking at this property is limited to 2 vehicles (no exceptions). Parking Pass Required & Not Included in Rental. Must be purchased at front desk upon arrival for $35.32 each; Good for duration of stay.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have hairdryers; cleaning products; or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a starter set of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
